Information on the consultative ballot with regard to the 2018 pay offer will be with us all very soon. To remind everyone, the employer's final offer was 3% - we asked for 6.5% in recognition of the fact Council workers are 18% worse off than in 2010. UNISON recommend rejection of the offer.
We've contacted members in schools without valid email addresses and will be writing to members everywhere else across the Council who haven't provided an email address as it's vital we can communicate on a range of issues that affect you. We know there will be some members who don't have access to email at home or work and we'll reach them in other ways.
