Parliament Stage 1 Debate: Carers (Scotland) Bill
UNISON members deliver a wide range of services in the public,
community and private sector, these members are also tax payers, service users
and often carers themselves.
UNISON recognises the importance of supporting carers as they can
hold families together and allow those they care for to get the most out of
life.
While UNISON supports many aspects of this bill, there have also been a
number of concerns which have been set out in UNISON's submission
to the Scottish Government.
