We recommend you to reject the pay offer, which would see us receive less in their pay packet than teachers. We asked for 6.5% as we are much worse off than we were in 2010/2011. For example, if you're on the top spinal point of the LG4 pay grade, you are today £3600 short in real terms!
So, please please vote before next Wednesday!
