The Women and Work Partnership Project was funded by Scottish Government and based at the STUC. Reports are now published which build on new and existing research, and include an analysis of a survey of Scottish trade unions, and of conversations with workers and union reps in a range of different sectors. This adds to our knowledge of women and the labour market in Scotland, and identifies considerations for policy development and action.
