Negotiations with the employers (CoSLA) on Pay continued
last Thursday but did not result in a Final Offer being made. That being said,
negotiations are continuing particularly around our key issues of the living
wage, how a potential offer could be distributed and on improving the value of
the offer. The negotiations will recommence on the 23rd June when I anticipate
a final offer being made.
